About Us

We are aware of many things competing for your time and energy today. We know your visit to our website means you could be doing something else at this time. We do not regard, lightly, your visit to our website but commend your investigation of what we represent. If you visit us, the only contribution we ask from you is to complete a guest card in a packet you could receive; just Contact Us and let us know. We will not ask for your money nor seek to embarrass you in any way. We do like to become acquainted with folks who make time for the Lord in their lives. We are just looking for those who are looking for Him!

We are Christians. We are not a denomination, but denounce the religious division which not only turns interested worshipers away from religion, but displeases God as well (1 Cor. 1:10).

We assemble to build up the inner person; not to entertain. We don't offer a calendar of social activates. Although we do enjoy social fellowship, we leave that kind of hospitality and recreation activity to the home and not the church. We are here for the sole purpose of helping all people get to heaven. If we can help you and your family in that endeavor, we would sincerely welcome the opportunity to speak with with you.

We are not advocates of an “agree to disagree” posture in religion. We believe the Bible is the word of God, not man (2 Tim. 3:16). It was written to clarify, not confuse; to unite, not divide those who read it. We believe the Bible can be understood. We invite you to sit down and study the Bible with us. It is important to know what God said concerning salvation, the family, the church, worship, and morality.

Honest and earnest inquirers will not offend us. You may wonder about subjects such as why we do not use music to accompany our singing. Or, why we take communion every Sunday. We will be happy to provide the Biblical answer to your questions. Please ask. It is our duty and joy to let the word of God give us the direction for our lives and worship.
